This gasket is specially made for SRM with new tooling to ensure correct fitment and alignment of of the gasket combined with the the improved gasket material Klingersill C4324 which will also provide a better seal than other gasket materials, made with a mixture of aramid and glass fibres with a nitrile binder.
The primary gasket is 0.8mm thick giving a good strong thick gasket that can be bent or folded without breaking easily and also take up any imperfections in the gasket faces to help give a good seal.
