Direct replacement pair of progressive fork springs, the progressive spring reduces brake dive and helps prevent bottoming out of the forks under extreme braking or sudden bumps. The spring is rated for solo use, not for sidecar use.
The spring helps improve handling overall, and is complimented by fitting an Internal damper rod kit which smooths out the rebound and compression of the forks, our part number SRM-DAMPER-ROD-KIT (A7/A10 etc) & SRM-DAMPER-ROD-KIT2 (A50 A65 upto 1965). Later A50 A65 models had dampers from standard.
These springs fit a wide variety of models fitted with telescopic forks.
BSA M20 M21 B31 B33 M33 ZB and DBD Gold Star , A7 A10 A50 and A65 all Models up to 1968
No modifications required, spring is fitted with the tighter coils towards the bottom.
